If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. To request a return or exchange, please check EXCHANGES and REFUNDS below.
INSPECT IMMEDIATELY
If an order was fulfilled incorrectly, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we will assume that there is no problem with the order. Examples of incorrect fulfilled order may include wrong merchandise, incorrect quantity received, or defective merchandise.
EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
For any returns, please call or E-mail info@sye.com for RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions.
Returns (except special order or bargain sale) allowed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be in NEW condition with all tags attached. No refunds on shipping fees and HAT BOXES. No returns will be accepted without RMA#. Customer will be responsible for all the return/exchange shipping costs, unless it’s our mistake.
Any "unauthorized returns" will be returned to customers at their expense or discarded.
Any damaged authorized returns as follows are subject up to 100% of value deduction from refund depend on damage and condition of merchandise.
- Crushed/ bent/ twisted shape of the hat
- Stain/ dirty on the sweatband or hat
- Odor on the hat
RETURN SHIPPING COST
We will process all orders promptly, and ship as soon as possible. Allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. On all online order, an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Items ordered together may be shipped separately in order to get as much merchandise to you, as quickly as possible.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
If express delivery was selected and merchandise is in stock, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. On all online order, an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Express freight charge will be based on carrier¡¦s published rate. (UPS, Fedex, USPS Express)

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD
To measure head size accurately, just wrap a tape measure around your head above the tops of your ears on both sides. Our standard Head size is 22-1/2". Due to different material and shape, the hats might have different head size, or feel differently. If you have question about the head size, please email us or call us. We will try to find the right hat with right head size for you.

Domestic Shipping Policy Every effort is made to ship your hat within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. To ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) you must include a complete street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping and handling to the USA will be charged as follows:
